At 40ft.Tall, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. To maintain fairness and transparency, the following refund policy applies to all orders:

1. All Sales Are Final

• Products are sold as is and cannot be returned or refunded.

• We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before purchasing.

2. Store Credit Policy

While we do not offer refunds, store credit may be issued under special circumstances, solely at our discretion. Examples may include:

• The product was significantly damaged during shipping (not due to mishandling by the customer).

• You received the wrong item.

To be considered for store credit:

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• Submit clear photos and a description of the issue to support@originsof.xyz.

Please Note: Issuing store credit is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of 40ft.Tall.

3. No Obligation to Replace or Credit

We reserve the right to deny any request for store credit or replacement. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we are under no obligation to provide any compensation.

4. Sold As Is

All items are sold in their described condition. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design are to be expected and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If a return is approved for store credit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
